Carrots from "my" farm on the other end of the Long Island. My 200th percentage anyway. The purple ones are fantastically sweet, the pallid ones less so. I glazed these with some Fort Green honey this evening:

You must be the only Brooklyn country boy around. I love those purple carrots. Do you also grow beets? Turnips? All good.
