Water, water everywhere

On the east side of State Street outside the Alexander Hamilton building, now the Museum of the American Indian. Everything to the west, all of Battery Park, is fill. Our trip to Staten Island yesterday via the ferry coincided with the Harbor Day festivities:
Here’s the Halve Maen again.
Not sure what ship this is, but the larger one is one of the Dutch frigates.
A dozen or so flat-bottomed boats from the Netherlands were shipped over here for the Hudson 400 hoe-down. They berthed in Atlantic Basin, which was open yesterday evening.
I am guessing some kind of art. Battery Maritime pier.
