On the CSA front

Pickling spice and a few other things from the spice collection. Underneath all that are the waxbeans, which should be ready tomorrow.
Zucchini sliced thinly and then sautéed with garlic, could be used for just about anything, but I mixed it with some small pasta shells.

What's in your pickling spice?

Nice idea for the Zucchini. I have been going the sweet route and making a lot of Zucchini bread. I will have to remember to try your savory idea for this vegetable.

I'll be making zucchini bread soon.

The pickling spice was a commercial mix, so I'm not sure what all is in it. I added star anise, bay leaves, garlic, garlic, garlic, pepper corns, hot pepper flakes,
