I like this pattern. I'll call it leaf and bullseye for want of its actual name (which may be Eclectic). Above and below on Vanderbilt St. in Windsor Terrace, but I also saw some of it around the corner on Prospect Ave.

You have a good eye. Very nice architectural detailing. I don't recall ever seeing this particular design before. I like the leaves.
