When I opened up the compost bin, the humus-to-be was quite frozen. Even with the warming days, there’s not much action going on in here. But the spring is coming, and the forecast of warmish days ahead is good news for the brown and green. 
Travel back in time to see what it looked like in October when I began the operation and laid down some leaves.
